WAYS OF SHIPPING, DELIVERY & PAYMENT
All shipments are made the same or the next working day after receiving your order.
1. Sending by courier company
Your order is sent to the address you indicated to us during your order with a courier company. Delivery takes 1-2 business days, except in some remote areas where delivery time may be slightly longer.
Shipping costs are borne by the recipient and are included in the cash on delivery.

Volumetric weight = Length x Height x Width (cm) / 5,000 (*)
(*) In case the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the real one, then the charge is based on the volumetric weight, which is calculated in kilos if we multiply the 3 dimensions of the package (measured in centimeters) and divide by 5000.
e.g. 1 package with real weight 8 kg, dimensions 30x30x50cm will be charged based on the volumetric weight, ie for 9 kg.
If the amount is deposited in our bank account before shipment, you will not be charged the cash on delivery costs.
2. Shipping with a transport company
For heavy products the shipment can be done with the transport company that you will indicate to us. Shipping costs are borne by the recipient.
3. Collection from our stores
You can pick up the products from our stores at no extra charge if a reservation has been made. Reservations are booked for one day.

4. Payment
